Stamp on Dwaram
Venkataswamy Naidu
The Department of Posts issued a one-rupee
commemorative stamp in honour of Dwaram Venkataswamy Naidu on 8th November
1993, on his birth centenary. It is brown bistre in colour, perf. 13 and
printed on indigenous un-watermarked adhesive gravure coated stamp paper by the
photogravure process at the India Security Press, Nasik. It carries a portrait
of Dwaram in the typical posture of a violinist.
