on Annamacharya The Department of Posts issued a commemorative stamp (and a
First Day Cover) on Annamacharya on 18 March 2004. The fiverupee stamp was
printed by photogravure process in India Security Press, Nashik. The picture
below shows a ‘block’ of the stamp. (In philatelic language, a ‘block’ means a
block of four).
